I have been a student of yoga for 15 years. In 2019, I decided to take my teacher training as I wanted to share with others the benefits of this practice.

 

I love teaching and sharing my yoga practice.  My approach to teaching yoga is to connect, learn and explore your breath in a mindful way while moving. I believe this practice aligns the body and eases the mind with yoga postures and breath awareness.

 

I enjoy creating time and space for students to connect on the mat with their yoga practice. My teachings will either ignite something inside of you that you haven’t been in touch with or it will continue your yoga journey with love, support and guidance. 

To know the truest form of yourself is to get quiet. Let’s experience this together.
